LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Creating your perfect outside space can be stressful which is why we start with a chat over a cup of coffee and end with a call to make sure your garden is everything you wanted. If this sounds like you let us know and we’ll get that coffee organised.
STEP 1 - A COFFEE AND A CHAT
The initial meeting is designed to set the groundwork for a strong working relationship and to allow our designer to fully assess what you want from your garden. This is a FREE no obligation meeting.
STEP 2 - THE SITE VISIT
Our designer will visit you at home, assess your site and discuss how you would like to use it. This visit is designed to be one hour and will cost $90 plus $50 for every hour after that (this fee will be deducted from your final quote).
STEP 3 - CHOICES
Our designer will create a design specifically for you and youir site. Once this is complete we will invite you to come and view a version of your future garden at our garden centre. This will give you the chance to visualise the plant choices and style of planting and any changes can be made.
STEP 4 - DETAILS
Once happy with your design we will create a quote that will include the cost of your plants, plus design and planning fees (these are $50 per hour). If your garden requires an extensive landscape redesign a planting plan will be necessary. The creation of this will be $300-$500 depending on the size of the project. If landscape installation is required we can arrange a seperate quote from our installation team.
STEP 4 - ORDERING YOUR PLANTS
Once you are happy with the details of your design and quote we will invite you to pay your deposit. The deposit will be 50% of the total quote and plants will only be ordered once the deposit has been recieved.
STEP 5 - TRANSFORMING YOUR GARDEN
When it comes time for work on your garden to begin we will contact you and invite you to pay the balance of your quote. The plants will then be available for pick up by yourself or the installation team and work will begin on creating your perfect garden.
STEP 6 - AFTER CARE
After your garden has been completed we will give you an information pack about caring for your newly planted garden and be in touch to make sure you are happy with everything. If you need any further assistance keeping your garden looking fantastic our maintenance team will be more than happy to help.
